I've had lots of great moments at Daubeney but the most special one was on my first day.Because everyone welcomed me in the class , and at break everyone was talking to me and wanting to be my friend even people from other class came up to me and talked to me.I was so confused because in my old school assembly was in the morning and we only had one break-time but Linda and some other girls specially because they were the ones who was explaining things to me, and it started to all make sense in my head.Soon I had lots of friends in my class in the other class I was even invited to a birthday party after and I made a new friend there such as Elisabeth from 6M. Soon a new girl came into 6M and it was Une and we all became friends.After a big while I went to residential and it was super fun I was scared of some activities but overall it was so fun me and the girls in my room were having so much fun in the morning and night before bed.We had fun in the morning because we had time to talk and hangout before breakfast.But of course Miss Theresa(I'm not sure how to spell her name)came in our room saying we needed to shower so we did do that but we showered quick because everyone in the room had to shower.But overall I've had so much fun already in Daubeney I love it !

Jonas - hey sir I hope you're having a good time with your family and a good time in general anyway have a good lockdown and this is a poem based on the stimulus we were supposed to be doing.
They’re looking out of windows as the cars pass by
but me I notice something different something I can’t spy.
I look at the cars and roads ahead but nothing different I can see,
until I realise that the different thing is me.
I don’t know how its me that changed
but I guess it's ‘cause my life switched lanes.
I used to always go out and play
But now I have to stay in all day
A line of soldiers three I see
are walking down the road without glee
then notice one is looking at me.
The soldier looks me in the eye
Then a sad sad look that I can spy.
The soldier looks at me
I see a look like wanting family

Miss Cenac - Well done Mr Swarbrick! l bet many of our children are spelling away. Mrs Thomas has uploaded a letter. It is about a fantatstic spelling app the best this year! It is called Sirlinkalot. Students should go into news and letters, click on sirlinkalot app and follow the instructions. It is so much fun- NO MORE INCORRECT SPELLING IF all students USE THE APP. Parents and family can use the app too. It is brilliant!
