6F had the amazing opportunity to spend an entire week with the IntoUniversity team. The focus for the week’s learning was diversity and inclusion. On Monday and Tuesday we looked at inspiring people throughout history such as Emmeline Pankhurst, Martin Luther King Jr, Nelson Mandela and Malala Yousafzai. We also had an exciting workshop about wonderful women in history including Frida Kahlo and Amelia Earhart. We went to Leighton House Museum on Wednesday where we explored a beautiful collection of art from all over the world. On Thursday we thought about our aspirations for the future and researched different universities and the courses we would like to study. We also prepared our presentations for our graduation. On Friday we had our graduation at Birkbeck University in Stratford. What an inspiring week!
