Today (15th February 2019) all the Year 5 pupils revisited their learning in our Fraction, Decimal and Percentage (FDP) unit. The children identified where and when they were successful and what they needed to do in order to further develop their learning. They carefully looked at each objective within the unit and used their self-assessment skills to identify their strengths and weaknesses. The pupils also evaluated their 'being a mathematician' fundamentals and commented on their ability to solve problems, reasoning, work efficiently, make mathematical thinking clear and reflecting on my own work while suggesting corrections.
