The children in Year 5M were extremely excited today (4th October 2018) when they published their first piece of work - a narrative story, which focused on our unit 'Stories from other cultures'. The children adapted the story and write their own version including descriptive settings and introducing a new character. Many examples of good writing can be seen in their work like, similes, personification, varied sentence starters, fronted adverbials - these are just a few. The children felt really proud of their achievements.
