Year 5 - Literacy Outdoor Learning - Daubeney Primary School

Year 5 were set the task of building dens suitable for the Himalayas. Ashley who sets off on a long arduous journey across the Himalayas would have had a similar experience when trying to find shelter in the evenings. The children had to work as a team and think about the properties of the materials, along with ensuring the den was sturdy.
