In Year 5, we are learning about crime and punishment. Today (8th March 2019), we played a board game to see how crime and punishment worked in Anglo Saxon times. It was very interesting to see how their punishments differed to our modern ones!

Nilema 5F - I have fun doing this because in the lesson we could learn crimes and the punishment for the crime. For example: you would have to hold an iron and if your hand did heal in three days you were not guilty if it didn't heal you were guilty . Also the game was really cool!
Miss Meehan - Well done Year 5 looks like lots of fun!
