Today (12th March 2019) the Year 5 pupils were excited to celebrate World Maths Day by solving a range of puzzles and problems. The children formed groups and partners to help each other solve the puzzles and problems. The class had so much fun, solving the maths puzzles using their mathematical skills and knowledge.

Taylor-5M - I had an amazing time working with my group on world maths day. I got to learn new skills and even solve a maths riddle!
Taylor-5M - Maths day was really fun. Even though, maths isn't one of my favourite subjects, I got to learn new skills and practice some skills and i got to improve my skills in maths. I really enjoyed working with my team it made it a whole more fun! 'uniting the world in numbers'
