The children today, 20th April 2021, had a fun day of learning all about mapping. The children started by identifying continents, oceans, cities and various landmarks and features on a map. Then the children placed key features on a map while planning a local route using a local map of our area. They used co-ordinates to help them include key features on a map. The children ended the day by drawing their own map of our school.
