Year 3 had an exciting WOW Day all about volcanoes! The children loved experimenting with watercolours to create vibrant volcano artwork, using straws to blow the paint and make dramatic lava‑splash effects. They also had great fun building their own mini volcano models and watching them erupt with a fizzy explosion using vinegar and baking soda. It was a hands‑on, creative day that brought the topic of volcanoes to life!
