We have been focusing on the text Gregory Cool. The book is about a young boy who travels to the Caribbean island of Tobago, to spend the summer with his grandparents. Upon his arrival he realizes, the lifestyle in Tobago is much different from the lifestyle in London.
We are using this book to help us understand the concept of paragraph writing. We are practicing writing in paragraph format, through which we display writing with emotion using many adjectives and similes.
