Although new experiences can be really scary and nerve-wracking, the new 3T have shown that they are real troopers and have settled into Year 3 life wonderfully! In 3T, the tables are named after famous artists, such as Picasso and Frida Kahlo. After finding out a little about each artist, 3T created their own picture in the style of those artists. Their pictures definitely show how creative they are! They also made their very own bookmarks with inspirational messages which they can keep with them throughout the year. They will come in very handy as they start to read longer chapter books! We also played the times table game 'Hit the Button' and spoke about our hopes and fears about the coming year. Overall,a great first day and I'm looking forward to the year ahead with the new 3T!
