This half term students in Year 3 have covered volcanoes as part of their Geography curriculum. In our Spanish lessons students have really enjoyed learning about the Canary Islands and its volcanoes. CLIL provides the opportunity to diversify methods of classroom teaching and learning. Students have had the opportunity to use geographical vocabulary in both, Spanish and English in lessons. Special mention to Jude, who explained how volcanoes are form using key vocabulary in Spanish!
