As part of our immersion into the story of The Magic Bojabi Tree, we investigated the setting of the book. We thought about where the mountains were located in relation to the trees, and identified where lion's rock would be, given that it was a long journey from the bojabi tree. We mapped it out on the carpet and then worked in partners to identify things we would see, hear, smell, touch and taste at each of the locations.
