Year 2 - History: Tudor Houses - Daubeney Primary School

This week we discussed Tudor houses. We explored how they were made from timber beams that were covered in tar, and then filled with sticks called wattle. They were then covered in daub, which is a mixture of clay, sand and dung! We designed our own Tudor houses both on paper and online using Purple Mash.
