Year 1 learned a great deal during RE day this week. This term was all about the Sikhism religion and the children learned about Guru Nanak and the Vaisakhi festival which was celebrated in April. Manpreet one of our children's family members happily came in and gave a detailed talk about the Sikhism religion. The children were able to look at some Sikh artefacts and ask Manpreet some questions about his religion. It was very enriching for all children!
