Year 1 have been learning about different means of transport. We went to the London Transport Museum to learn about how people traveled in the past in London. We saw how horses were used to pull carriages, and what the first bus looked like. We also went on the first ever tube train: it had no windows and was powered by steam! We also learned about cable cars and trams. We even had a go at being a bus driver!
It was an amazing day full of excitement, learning and fun! We LOVED it!
