Reading Skills
At Daubeney we develop our love of reading and comprehension by using the 7 reading skills: predicting, inferring, clarifying, summarising, making connections, evaluating and asking questions.
You learnt how to use these in in your reading sessions with your teacher and have them stuck in your home reading records. Remember to use the skills when you are reading at home. Here are some resources to help you.
