Today (2nd March 2020) the boys enjoyed a clam and relaxing reading session. They listened to soothing music while reading their favourite book. We also had the opportunity to discuss the book by Vanessa Taylor called 'Baller Boys', which was dedicated to Mr Reece, who was and will always be part of our Daubeney community.

Venessa Taylor - Hi Daubeney, I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to your school where I got the chance to read one of the chapters to you and we took part in two workshops. I thought you were all amazing and a really good audience. It was obvious that lots of you had been on to the BallerBoys website because you knew so much about the characters. Some of you have ordered books and I will make sure a special delivered of the books is made to your school. If anyone would like to buy a book they are available on our website www.ballerboysbooks.com, please ask an adult for permission before going onto the site : use the code baller10 for a special discount. Thank you for having me at your wonderful school and I hope to see you soon.
Miss Patel - Awesome! Keep calm and carry on reading!
zayon-4M - WOW that really look amazing
David 4k - The boys book club was so fun. We do art every other week and this week we're going to draw miss McDonald in a comic (laughs).
Sofiat 4M - Boys you had real fun and hope you read a lot and understand the book
Humza3p - That’s really fun ???????????????????????????????????
