Children enthusiastically engaged in play with the insects found in the sand, eagerly observing and identifying various species. Their excitement peaked as they played with butterflies, spiders or bugs. We took the opportunity to discuss the distinctive characteristics of these insects such as colours, shapes, patterns etc.
The children has so much fun for hunting different insects hidden in the sand, under the twigs or on the leaves as this was developing their curiosity in finding insects.
