Children in the Rainbow Room participated in a requesting and sharing intervention using click-clack cars. They were also supported in their communication with a core board during this activity.
In this session, children used pictures on the cardboard to request an object or action from an adult. For instance, they pointed to the cardboard to express their wants by saying, "I want a car" or "I want to play again."
Additionally, the children demonstrated great eye coordination by placing the cars at the top of the click-clack track and watching them go down with excitement.
