As part of our PSHE and Arts learning, pupils explored a range of emotions through a creative "Emotions Jars" activity. Pupils identified different feelings, including happiness, sadness, anger, worry, calmness, and surprise, and discussed situations that might cause these emotions.
Pupils used a variety of colour glitters to decorate their emotions jars, carefully choosing colours to represent different feelings. They also coloured emotion faces and glued them onto their jars, creating a visual representation of each emotion.
This hands-on activity encouraged pupils to think about how emotions can be expressed in different ways while developing their creativity and fine motor skills.
