Last June, Maielly and Sueni were entered into a Portuguese Spotlight competition organised by Stephen Spender Trust.
They translated a poem from Portuguese into English together, and individually created a visual representation of the poem.
At Daubeney, we are delighted to announce that they are the KS1-2 winners - The Portuguese Spotlight is open to all young people in the UK and Ireland so we are extremely proud of them!
The Awards Ceremony will be held this Wednesday. We are looking forward to celebrate with them!
