Premises Questionnaire - July 2017

This form will automatically save your answers as you type and it will remember them for the next week. The answers are stored on this device and no information is sent to the school until you click Send.

The school is keen to begin renting premises outside of school hours in order to generate income to increase the school budget. If we take this route we want to ensure that we provide activities that will be of interest to our school community. We are asking parents to help us by sharing ideas about the types of activities they would use for themselves and/ or their children. We can't garauntee that these sessions will become available but helps us to know what local people are most likely to use. We are also keen to hear about clubs/ providers that you have used elsewhere that you would recommend or would like to see available locally.
